Hello,
We are holding a 1 hour relay swim event "Every Stroke Counts" on Friday 24th October. Groups of up to 10 swimmers will compete to see which team can swim the most laps.
Swimmers taking part are asking friends and family to donate funds in their honor with 100% of everything raised going to the McGrath Foundation.

Every dollar makes a difference and your donation will help the McGrath Foundation place McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities right across Australia, and to increase breast awareness in young Australian women. To date, they have placed 100 Breast Care Nurses across Australia, who together have helped support over 25,000 families experiencing breast cancer.
100% of all donations will be donated to the McGrath Foundation and you will automatically receive a tax-deductible via email.

Yarra Leisure has raised an additional $839.50 that has been donated directly to the McGrath Foundation. We would like to thank our staff, members and the general public who donated at our Reception desks. We also raised part of this through a BBQ and Cake Stall at Every Stroke Counts.

McGrath Foundation
The McGrath Foundation raises money to fund McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities right across Australia. Our highly qualified nurses help individuals and their families experiencing breast cancer by providing physical, psychological and emotional support, for free.
From the time of diagnosis and throughout treatment, McGrath Breast Care Nurses are there to help. While over 110,000 families have been supported since 2005, more nurses are needed to meet the growing rate of breast cancer diagnosis in Australia.
